Dr. Shradhdha D. Sharma

Dr. Shradhdha Sharma is a highly qualified Microbiologist with a Ph.D. and strong expertise in industrial microbiology, enzyme biotechnology, fungal fermentation, and molecular biology. She brings a solid research foundation combined with practical laboratory experience, making her adept at both academic and industry-driven scientific environments.
She currently serves as GLP In‑charge at Cliantha Research, where she has experience of managing and strengthening GLP systems across different departments. In this role, Dr. Shradhdha is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and quality assurance through effective implementation of GLP requirements, SOP management, internal audits, deviation handling, and inspection readiness.

Prior to Cliantha Research, Dr. Shradhdha spent four years as a Study Director in a GLP‑compliant preclinical research facility, where she led and supervised a wide range of in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies. She played a key role in protocol development, study coordination, data interpretation, scientific reporting, and regulatory‑aligned study conduct, contributing to high‑quality preclinical decision‑making.

Dr. Sharma is an active researcher and published author with multiple papers in reputed journals including Springer’s Annals of Microbiology, Journal of Pure and Applied Microbiology, and Research Journal of Biotechnology. Her work has also been presented at international conferences and national scientific forums.

With expertise spanning microbiology, preclinical research, bioanalytical exposure, large molecule support, and GLP quality systems, Dr. Shradhdha brings a comprehensive and regulatory‑focused perspective to clinical research. She is recognized for her attention to detail, scientific discipline, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in regulated laboratory environments.
