Hardik Panchal is an ISTD-certified trainer and a seasoned Clinical Research expert with over 14 years of experience in GCP and GLP domains. Since joining Cliantha Research in 2013, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s training landscape across India, the USA, and Canada.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holder, Hardik brings a unique blend of precision and passion to his work. His approach to training is rooted in the belief that learning should be both impactful and enjoyable. Known for his ability to connect with diverse mindsets, he transforms complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

As the Head of the Training Department, Hardik is responsible for delivering technical training aligned with global regulatory standards including USFDA, EMA, ANVISA, ANSM, and GCP guidelines. He also mentors and coaches’ trainers, equipping them with innovative techniques to meet evolving compliance and internal benchmarks.

Beyond his technical expertise, Hardik is a motivational force. His introspective training style inspires individuals to unlock their full potential. A dedicated reader and M. Pharm graduate, he has conducted numerous sessions on both technical subjects and soft skills, fostering holistic professional development.
